Logon Help

Are you experiencing a problem logging on to your account information? Please follow these instructions. If you need additional assistance, please contact your Wealth Management or Retirement and Institutional Services associate during regular business hours.

New User

  1. Enter your user ID and the temporary password that was assigned to you when you registered for the service.
  2. You will be asked to change your password. Choose a password that contains eight or more characters, including at least one letter, one number and one special character.
  3. You will be asked to choose three security questions and enter your answers. Once this is complete, you will be taken to your account.

Existing User

  1. Enter your user ID and password.
  2. Choose three security questions and enter your answers, if you have not yet done so, and you will be taken to your account.
  3. In subsequent visits, you will generally be taken to your account after you enter your user ID and password, but you may be challenged with one of your security questions. If this occurs, answer the question correctly in order to continue.

Forgot Password

You cannot retrieve a forgotten password, but you will be able to establish a new password once certain security standards are met.

If you have chosen your security questions and answers:

  1. Click on the I Forgot My Password link on the logon page. You will be challenged with one of your security questions.
  2. Answer the question correctly. We will email a temporary password to the email address on record for your account.
  3. Return to the logon page. Enter your user ID and temporary password. You will be asked to reset your password.
  4. Enter a new password with eight or more characters, including at least one letter, one number and one special character.
  5. Retype the new password to confirm it. You may be taken to your account at this point, or you may be challenged with one of your security questions. If this occurs, you will be required to answer the question correctly before you will be taken to your account.

If you have not yet chosen security questions and answers:

  1. Click on the I Forgot My Password link on the logon page. You will be asked to contact your Wealth Management or Retirement Services associate during regular business hours to receive a temporary password.
  2. Return to the logon page. Enter your user ID and temporary password. You will be asked to reset your password.
  3. Enter a new password with eight or more characters, including at least one letter, one number and one special character. Retype the password to confirm it.
  4. You will be asked to choose three security questions and enter your answers. Once this is complete, you will be taken to your account.

Can I Change My Security Questions?

You can choose new security questions and change your answers at any time by contacting your Wealth Management or Retirement and Institutional Services associate during regular business hours.
